Employee of the Week/Month/Year
Shell routinely celebrates employees who achieve internally-defined performance and retention milestones such as being on time, working specific shifts, and offering great customer service. Winners are paid out immediately, with funds loaded directly onto their membership cards.
Performance-related Contests
Shell routinely holds contests for employees to earn cash incentives. Contests are often designed in collaboration with a sponsoring brand. For example, a contest that rewards employees who sell the most Hostess Brands ® products on a given day, in a given store. New-Hire Referrals
Shell offers a bonus to current employees who help recruit new hires. The referring employee earns half the bonus when the new employee starts, and funds are loaded directly onto their membership cards. Then, once the new employee has amassed 3 months of time with the company, the referring employee automatically earns the second half.
